Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it and receive a full refund, provided production has not yet commenced.

2. Refund Tiers

• Before production starts: 100% refund.
• After mock-up approval but before dispatch: 50% refund to cover design and material preparation costs.
• After dispatch: Refunds are not available unless the goods are faulty or damaged. In such cases we will offer a replacement or a full refund upon return of the items.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel an order or request a refund, please contact us by email or phone with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

4. Faulty Goods

If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
